Tibet
Neydo Tashi Chöling Monastery Situated in Chamdo, Tibet, Neydo Tashi Chöling Monastery is the traditional seat of the Neydo lineage. Neydo Monastery was originally located much closer to the retreat place of the 1st Karma Chagme Rinpoche and Terton Migyur Dorje. It was subsequently moved to the current location because of a massive hill fire during the time of the 5th Karma Chagme Rinpoche. The Monastery was destroyed in mid-20th century and was rebuilt on the same spot. Neydo Monastery is now headed by the 5th Khatrul Rinpoche and the 3rd Namchö Rinpoche.
